Password received by email but not requested

Problem:

I received a password confirmation email with my password in it, but I did not request it.

Solution:

The password request feature is an automated feature. A password request is generated when your email is entered in the Login page, but no password is entered. Therefore it is possible that you, or somebody else working on a computer where you logged in, perhaps a colleague with a different login id, pressed 'login', thus sending you your password.

If you are concerned that there has been an illegal attempt to enter into your account, please alert us, and we will investigate / log the ip addresses concerned.
