We received an automated notification from Paypal that an automated subscription payment did not go through.

Solution:

There are numerous reasons why automated payments do not go through, sometimes credit card details need to be re-verified. If you do not wish for your account to be cancelled, please inform us and we will ensure that you continue to record data and have access to your statistics while the issue is resolved.
