"s.e." in visit time although clickstream says otherwise

Problem:

"s.e." (single event) in visit time but in clickstream says otherwise

Solution:

The reason you see "s.e." for certain visits is this:

We try to use official definitions for all terminology we use in Opentracker.

By official standards, the time of a visit is defined as a the time between two page views.

So if a person only looks at one page, we do not know how long the visit lasted (single event).

However, in many situations, because we can measure exit links and/or a close window actions, we do actually know how long a person looked at a page. This explains why we present that info in a clickstream.

Technically, it's not "official", which is why we do not use this information for 'visit duration'
