Exclude yourself from statistics: IP exclusion

Problem:

How to remove your own visits or your colleagues' visits from appearing in statistics.

Solution:

IP exclusion is available. This means that you can exclude specific IP addresses from appearing in your site statistics.

You can also exclude whole IP ranges. The function is called IP Exclusion, and can be found on the Stats Overview page, under Links, and also under Technical. You have to be logged in as the administrator to access the page

The feature itself is self-explanatory and requires you to enter the ip address, or range that you wish to exclude. The same feature can be used to include ip addresses that are no longer required to be excluded.
