Garbled Password

Problem:

When using password retrieval feature to request a password, a garbled password is received by email in response.

Solution:

A garbled password is the result of typing in your email address with one or more CAPITAL letters somewhere, when the original was created in lower case.

Resolution: Typing your email in lower case when requesting your password resolves the issue.
